1. Overview
Thank you for shopping at Moon & Co. All orders are subject to the following shipping terms and conditions.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or local UK bank holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or face testing system delays, processing may take 3-5 business days.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your test orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following mock shipping methods:

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages
Moon & Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
